TRADUCTION DES ARRÊTS DU TRIBUNAL FÉDÉRAL EN MATIÈRE D'ARBITRAGE INTERNATIONAL

ZPG met à disposition de la communauté de l'arbitrage international des traductions anglaises des arrêts du Tribunal fédéral suisse en matière d'arbitrage international depuis le 1er janvier 2008 (et quelques décisions antérieures). Les traductions ont été préparées par Me Charles Poncet et elles peuvent être utilisées ou reproduites librement et sans frais. Une mention de la source sera toutefois appréciée.
